Admission to all courses in the First Year level are through a National level Common Admission Test (SAAT) conducted by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University)
For B.Tech admission through SAAT exam , it reserves 75% of the State quota seats.
Besides the SAAT exam specified percentage of students are admitted to a program through JEE (Mains)/ other State Level/ National Level Examination as approved by Academics Council and Board Of Management
15% and 7.5% seats in all programs are reserved respectively for candidates belonging to Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe.
3% seats are reserved for physically disabled (PH) candidates for admission to engineering / technology / MBA / MCA / HMCT / Pharmacy / Nursing / Biotechnology courses.
30% of seats under each category for all the programs are reserved for women candidates.
Admission to M.Tech is done on the basis of GATE score.
Diploma Courses in Engineering are also offered for candidates who have passed 10th with Science subjects and the candidates need to take the SAAT exam.
Admission to medical courses MBBS and BDS are through NEET examination conducted by CBSE.
For Doctoral Programs, admission shall be based on the marks secured in the Written Test and Interview, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and the rules of reservation.
