- Library: With an extensive world-class library containing a total no. of 33,797 books for all the courses offered by the institute, JJMC also has RGUHS Helinet Consortium with access to more than 3500 e-journals, books, and databases. There are other facilities like the audio-visual photography section, 30+ systems, photocopy, and in-house binding section.
- Hospital: The premises includes an educational institution and a hospital that serves a sizable number of patients every year and as students, the fresh MBBS are required to do an internship in the hospital as well that brushes their skill and knowledge.
- Hostel: One of the major highlights of JJMMC is hostels. There are 3 different hostels catering to the needs of the students. A girl’s only hostel for PG pursuits is Kaveri Women’s Hostel and for boys in UG, PG & interns there is JJMMC boys hostel.
